We have an extensive background in energy efficiency and renewable energy systems. We have retrofitted crawlspaces by sealing them and creating a clean space in existing homes, as well as installing them in new construction. We have the capabilities to provide energy audits on multiple levels and infrared images from our thermal imaging camera help us to identify problematic areas that may create comfort and/or energy efficient issues. We have experience installing solar thermal and photovoltaic systems on many residential and commercial applications.

This homeowner has had several unique requests. The first task was to design a new gate that blended with the modern home, but not feel so out of place. We managed the project from design to installation, which included pre-fabricating, fitting and powder coating of the gate components, as well as installing industrial quality operators and updated entry touchpads.
Secondly, was a co-management of a tennis court installation with Jason Miller of DesignMill. The homeowners requested their tennis court be ready for a family gathering that was closing in quickly. End result: Completed tennis court and an extremely pleased customer.

Recently the homeowner has realized the need for a storage unit for their recreation equipment that they use on their tennis court. Because of the homeowners occupation, we chose to use a recycled shipping container for the unit. It has been cut from 20’ in length to 10’, chopped from 8’ tall to 7’, and has had skylight portals added. It is currently in the sandblasting stages and is accepting a Corvette red. After paint, it will be installed in the hillside near the court, so that the red sneaks out from the grade.
